About
Here I am again, typing away at my NaNoWriMo. I tried dictating to Micosoft Office Word 2007 on Windows Vista Ultimate 64. The recognition is superior to previouse implementations on past operating systems. I am finding it to be taking a lot of time though. For a creative and inventive process, it is hard to think about what to say next when you are also concentrating on punctuation and corrective actions. One odd thing that I notice is that after every period, the program enters two spaces rather than one. I was taught to type in the same manor, but that was before fonts and kerning. It appears that I'll have to ditch dictating for now and keep typing. From Dedric Mauriac via blogHUD.com
